Horse Identification

Microchipping

Microchipping is part of the passport application process and must be done by a veterinarian. It is a simple, safe and quick procedure. The microchip is inserted into the crest on the left side of the neck via a needle. The microchip contains a unique number for your horse which matches their passport.

Passport Applications

Our veterinarian is experienced in equine identification and passport completion. He is also one of the SAEF Panel Measuring Veterinarians, and an FEI Level 2 Veterinarian, making him the ideal choice to complete your sport horse’s passport, reducing your worry at your next horse inspection.

We can also help with the correction of invalid passports.
