We carefully inflate the stomach with air to allow clear visualisation of all areas, helping us detect conditions such as Equine Gastric Squamous Disease (EGSD) and Equine Glandular Gastric Disease (EGGD)—commonly referred to as stomach ulcers.

Our fully mobile system requires no mains electricity, meaning we can perform the procedure almost anywhere—even in the middle of a field! In most cases, the entire process takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish.

You’re welcome to observe the procedure as we explore your horse’s stomach in real time, giving you a better understanding of your horse’s health. We also provide images for your own reference after the examination.

Whether at your yard or a partner facility, our experienced equine vets are equipped to deliver hospital-level diagnostics wherever your horse is most comfortable.

Our state-of-the-art mobile gastroscopy unit allows your horse to undergo a full examination of the stomach from the comfort of home—no need to travel to an equine hospital.
